The Shenandoah RC&D will assist NRCS with the organization of a minimum of three workshops and/or demonstrations in the Valley RC&D Area within two years; assist the SVSWCD and VCE with developing a pilot program to demonstrate the effectiveness of the equipment; promote the effectiveness of this equipment by preparing news releases and other promotional material; provide local oversight for the first two years of the pilot program. (Agua Fund committed: $3,000 for promotion/publicity; NRCS: $10,000)
