Technical Assistance to Shenandoah Valley Pure Water Forum   The Pure Water Forum has requested that the Shenandoah RC&D act as fiscal agent for a grant from the VA Department of Conservation and Recreation to continue its role as the state’s premier water quality roundtable. The goals are to manage DCR project funds for PWF for the coming year to allow them to reorganize their operations and to provide administrative support for basic PWF activities over the coming year.
