Fish Kill Media Campaign – Billboard Component

In the wake of the 2005 fish kill on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, the Shenandoah Pure Water Forum is undertaking a media campaign on many levels, including billboards.  Goals of this campaign include promoting riparian buffers and more careful nutrient management in the watershed.  The Council is funding a portion of the billboard campaign. ( Shenandoah, Page, Rockingham, Augusta counties)
