Farming 101 – II

This project, completed in FY 2005, supported scholarships and some administrative costs for a new class offered by Virginia Cooperative Extension on the basics of farming.  This class was attended primarily by those new to the area who are considering farming ventures.  This project was so successful last year that additional funds were made available to the project this year.
