Energy Savings and Conservation for the Home.   This is a class that Dr. Maria Papadakis will teach at Blue Ridge Community College that assists residential homeowners in energy efficiency at home. The Shenandoah RC&D co-sponsored the class to raise visibility for the RC&D. (Augusta County)
