Augusta Sustainable Agricultural Task Force Enhancement

The Shenandoah RC&D has provided a small grant on a reimbursable basis, $3,750, to the Augusta County Agricultural task force.  It will be used for field tours and a variety of educational experiences and resources necessary for the task force to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for sustaining and enhancing the farms, agricultural economy, and farmland of Augusta County.  They must make their recommendations to the BOS within nine months.
