Dale Gardner, RC&D Associate Member, Virginia Dairyman’s Association, is immediate past Executive Secretary-Treasurer for the Virginia State Feed Association.  A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science.  Mr. Gardner was a partner in Rooby Holsteins, a family dairy farm, from 1975 to 1999.  The Virginia State Dairyman’s association represents 900 dairy farm families in Virginia.
