Bernard C. Nagelvoort, RC&D Alternate, Lord Fairfax Soil and Water Conservation District.  Mr. Nagelvoort currently serves as vice-chair of the Lord Fairfax SWCD’s Conservation Technical Committee; treasurer, Friends of the Shenandoah River; secretary, Winchester Chapter of Trout Unlimited; board member, The Opequon Watershed; member, Clarke County Litter Prevention and Recycling Committee; and, member, Chesapeake Bay Restoration Fund Advisory Committee.  Past positions held include: Assistant to Chairman of Board and President, Sheaffer International, LLC; Acting Executive Director, National Trout Unlimited; Director of  Administration, National Trout Unlimited; President, Energy Harvest, Inc.; Professional Staff, U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries; Administrative Assistant to Member of Congress, Ninth District of Michigan; Marketing Research, Gerber Products Company.  Mr. Nagelvoort holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture economics from Michigan State University.
